Terms and Conditions of Sale of Villa Asturgal

1. cancellation of contracted services

In the event of cancellation of services contracted by the user or consumer, the following cancellation policy will be applied. The customer shall compensate Villa Asturgal according to the following conditions:

- Cancellation more than 60 days before the start of the activity: The amount paid for the reservation will be refunded in full.

- Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before the start of the activity: A penalty of 50% of the reservation amount will be applied.

- Cancellation with less than 30 days' notice: A penalty of 100% of the reservation amount will be applied.

- Non-presentation on the day and at the time of the activity: Full payment for the activity will be required.

2 Acceptance of the General Conditions

Upon confirmation of the booking, the customer expressly accepts these General Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If a person registers one or more other persons, he/she accepts each of these General Terms and Conditions on their behalf.
